Will I lose my account, progress, or member-since date?
No. Updating your payment method is just an admin update. Your account, your progress, and any saved work stay exactly as they are.
What happens if I don't update?
Your access pauses automatically until payment is resolved. There are no late fees, and you can come back anytime โ though if pricing has changed for new customers, you may need to start at the current rate.
Can I use a different card than the one on file?
Absolutely. The update form lets you enter any card. The new card replaces the old one for all future payments on this account.
What if I'd rather cancel?
Totally fine. Just email [email protected] and we'll take care of it โ no awkward forms, no hard feelings.
